Basic but Very Comfortable. Located in a central area close to many restaurants and convenience stores. Staff are efficient and friendly. One thing I am impressed with is how spacious Hop Inn is. The lobby was inviting and wide, the room and bathroom space were similar to what I can get at a luxury hotel. Bring your own toiletries as only some form of shampoo / body wash is provided. There are glasses in the room, and water dispensers by the elevator. No electric kettle, but the water dispensers also have hot water. The elevator can also be really slow (two small elevators operating the entire hotel), so make some accommodations for that in your schedule.

One of the key advantages of this hotel is its affordability. It provided decent accommodation without breaking the bank, which is great for budget-conscious travelers. My room and common areas were generally clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a good job of keeping things tidy during my stay. The staff at the hotel were polite and willing to assist with any questions or requests I had. Their customer service was a highlight of my stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights and very satisfied with their service. Staff were very accommodating with all our request. Nearby shops/malls are very accessible . You can walk to get to different well known establishment. Plus factor is the 24/7 convenient store next to the hotel if you fancy buying something to eat on late hours. Definitely recommended.

We enjoyed our stay in your hotel. The room is cozy,clean and well-organized. We also like your "No plastic bottle" policy. Kudos to your team for doing that. The process for checking in and check out were smooth and fast. Your staff are also polite and friendly! We will definitely come back! 🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️

It was a convenient stay because it's very near our office. It has basic room amenities except for a dental kit that is an essential item for some spontaneous guests. The only liquid soap available is at the shower area. I brought my own dental kit and bedroom slippers. You can find another hotel with complete amenities plus a decent breakfast at "almost" the same price but depends on the day or if you book weeks in advance. I checked in here because “that” other hotel is already fullybooked. 😅 Hop inn is good for short staying guests. There is no cabinet for clothes. If your room is near the elevator, there's a hot and cold water dispenser there. You’ll find 2 drinking glasses in your room. I was not disturbed by the elevator noise during my sleep. I think I read other reviews that they were. It probably depends on how considerate other guests are. I stayed on a Wednesday night.

The place was nice especially the location was perfect because it is close to fast food chains and malls. It would be nice to if they have amenities such as toiletries, and small kitchen with a small ref and microwave, then it would have been a perfect budget-friendly hotel to stay in. But the overall experience was amazing and i enjoyed my stay and the staffs were super friendly. Will recommend the hotel to my families and friends who need to stay in Manila for a short vacation.

Affordable for quick overnights. Clean enough. Stayed in the Triple Room. Queen Bed and Single Bed was comfy just moving quite a bit if individual was making too much movements. There was also a leak in the toilet but the staff was swift to clean the mess.

We didn't realize our room was near/behind the elevator until in the mkddle of the night, when wd kept waking up because it was too loud. At first, we thought it was just the neighbors. We were too tired to get up and asked to be moved to a different room. Come morning, we can actually hear the conversation of the people in the hallway, probably security and housekeeping, from our bed. View from our window is just the building next door. I didn't really like the half glass in the showers, although that might be the trend in hotels these past years. The whole bathroom floor gets flooded whenever we shower. On the good side, the room, bed and bathroom were clean, simple and no frills. I'm not sure, but it seems the room we got this time was more spacious than our previous one from hop inn (different branch).
